About
Write to us
A question about a review, a source to flag, a partnership to politely decline: one address. We read everything. We do not promise a reply in 12 minutes.
The useful address
Write to contact@quelmatelas.ch. Say which language (FR, DE, IT or EN) and, if it is about a model, its name. No chat widget, no switchboard: the team is small.
Timing
On weekdays, expect about two working days. At the weekend the team is small. We do not give personal medical advice.
Press and partnerships
For an interview or a quote, same address, subject “Press”. Brands that want to buy a score or a slot get one clear no.
